The Government has set out in in its Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), the standards it expects schools dealing with children under 5 to meet.
Ashburnham’s approach to delivering this is one of Learning Through Play. Play enables children to make sense of their world. Children possess a natural curiosity to explore and play acts as a medium to do so.
